Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

We ship to Canada and the United States. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Canada: 7–15 business days
• United States: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 CAD within Canada and $75 USD to the United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update after your order ships.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Items
